After your application is accepted, you’ll receive a pre-voyage reflection packet from Jeff & Lara. This helps you focus your energy on your goals for your Voyage and gives Jeff & Lara some relevant background info.
The Voyage
All you have to do is show up! We’ll be in touch to design your day - from start time to lunch, and everything in between! All you have to do is arrive at the dock ready to transform. We recommend a technology free voyage so you can truly focus.
post-voyage actions
A month of access to Jeff & Lara is included in your voyage. Request a coaching session with Lara, time to bend Jeff’s ear, or a video chat with both of them within 30 days, to help ensure smooth sailing.
